From Founder to Future: Legacy Series Tackles What Comes Next

The Center for Family & Small Business at the Woody L. Hunt College of Business will host the next Legacy Leadership session on Tuesday, April 15, focused on one of the toughest moments in any organization: what happens after the founder.
Titled “From Founder to Future: Strategies for Succession, Continuity, and Legacy,” the event will feature Patty Delgado, Ph.D., CEO of The Bridgify Group, followed by a panel discussion on how organizations transition leadership without losing what made them work in the first place.
