Center for Family and Small Business Hosts Sessions on AI, Culture and the Future of Work

The Big Picture
Two practitioners working at the intersection of culture, leadership and AI are coming to Hunt Business for back-to-back sessions focused on how organizations adapt to a rapidly shifting environment.
Patty Delgado, Ph.D., CEO of The Bridgify Group and Executive Director of El Puente Institute, will be joined by Jozue Chaires, founder of Top Tier Project Services, for a dual-session event on Wednesday, April 29 at the El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center on the 成人头条 campus.
Sessions will be offered twice:
1:30–2:50 p.m.
3:00–4:30 p.m.
The event is part of the Center for Family and Small Business speaker series.
Why It Matters
The conversation around AI keeps accelerating. What’s lagging is alignment — how people, culture and systems actually move together inside organizations.
Delgado’s work focuses on cultural intelligence and workplace behavior, with an emphasis on Latino identity as a driver of performance, connection and long-term impact.
Chaires brings the operational side — how organizations adopt AI in structured, usable ways through workforce development, project management and scalable frameworks.
Together, the sessions connect two sides of the same problem: how people work, and how work is changing.
What to Expect
- Practical approaches to integrating AI into day-to-day operations
- Cultural and behavioral insights that shape team performance
- Real-world frameworks for workforce development and implementation
- A clearer view of where leadership is heading as technology reshapes organizations
The Details
Free and open to students, faculty, staff and the public. Seating is limited.
