C4FE Opens Applications for Fall 2026 Political Economy Reading Group

The Big Picture
The Center for Free Enterprise (C4FE) is accepting applications for its Fall 2026 Political Economy Reading Group, a non-credit program open to all ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ undergraduate students.
Why It Matters
The program gives students across majors a space to engage with core ideas in political economy—while earning a $750 scholarship upon completion.
What to Expect
This semester’s theme, “Institutions of Freedom and Their Origins,” will guide weekly discussions of classic and contemporary readings.
- 10 weekly sessions
- Wednesdays, starting the second week of the semester
- Cohort capped at 10 students
How to Apply
Applications are due May 1 at 11:59 p.m. Details and the registration link are available in the program flyer.
Between the Lines
C4FE is casting a wide net, inviting students from all majors to build economic literacy through shared discussion.
