The ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ Edge framework was developed as a part of ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ’s Quality Enhancement Plan to elevate the next generation of student engagement and professional preparation. This framework is grounded in the belief that students bring rich talents and strengths. The ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ Edge aims to develop these assets through High-Impact Practices (HIPs), or Edge Experiences, that are made possible by faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners. The ³ÉÈËÍ·Ìõ Edge is committed to support and resources to all faculty and staff to further enable them to integrate Edge practices and skills through their teaching, research, service, and professional work.
