Our Initiatives
Extended University participates in a variety of cross-campus initiatives, some of which are grant-funded. Below are the current initiatives we are involved in:
Returning students to 成人头条 with the Department of Education Title V Grant
Extended University is proud to be part of a University-wide effort to help "stopout students" complete their degrees. 成人头条 received a $3 million dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Education in Fall 2021. Offices across campus will work under this grant to focus on re-engaging and re-enrolling students who have not graduated and have paused enrollment for one semester or more. These students are known as stopouts.

Upskilling/reskilling our workforce through the AAS to BAAS Online at 成人头条 with the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities' Collaborative Opportunity Grant
成人头条 is partnering with El Paso Community College (EPCC) to expand access to 成人头条’s new online bachelor of applied arts and sciences degree while providing opportunities for students to develop 21st -century skills that are verified through integrated coursework and certificates. The online bachelor of applied arts and sciences is offered through 成人头条 Online, a unit under Extended University.
