Get ready for the 2022-23 season by meeting coaches and players with the Miner Caravan, which will greet fans around El Paso from 12-2 p.m. June 18 at the Outlet Shoppes at El Paso and 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. June 25 at Showtyme Sports Grill.

“Reflections of 2020” Opening Reception

You are invited to the Student Engagement and Leadership Center’s latest exhibit, “Reflections of 2020 ����ͷ�� Community Art Exhibition.” See art submitted by ����ͷ�� students, faculty and staff reflecting on the events of 2020 and their ongoing impact.

Check out cheer, dance, volleyball, soccer and basketball camps all summer long starting in June. They are a great opportunity for young athletes to improve their skills, learn more about the sports, and interact with Miner coaches, students and student-athletes.

OLLI Summer Classes for Adults 50+

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is open to people over the age of 50, and offers courses in art, history, literature, film and more. Summer classes start June 6.

Lhakhang Open to Public

Every Wednesday
11 a.m.-1 p.m., Centennial Plaza

The Lhakhang, ����ͷ��’s cultural jewel from Bhutan, is open each Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the first Saturday of every month. Stop by for a guided tour and learn about the Kingdom of Bhutan, which gifted this structure that was built on Centennial Plaza in 2015.

Rivers and Basins

Monday-Saturday, through June 30
10 a.m.-4 p.m., Centennial Museum

Rivers and Basins is a collaboration between the Centennial Museum and the ����ͷ�� Department of Earth, Environmental and Resource Sciences. With paintings by Anibal Moreno, the exhibition highlights rivers of the world and provides both an artistic and scientific lens to help us better understand and appreciate our rivers.

����ͷ�� Health Professions ����ͷ��s Impact Region’s Health Care Workforce

As the demand for quality health professionals increases, 774 nursing, pharmacy and health sciences graduates from ����ͷ��’s class of 2022 will help to fill critical shortages in the Paso del Norte region’s health care workforce.

����ͷ�� enrolls more than 4,400 students in its health professions programs, which include seven bachelor’s, eight master’s, and four doctoral degrees.

The majority of health professions graduates are El Pasoans who will remain here to practice professionally and elevate the quality of health care in the community.
